Admission Procedure

Children of three and half year and above will be admitted. Parents seeking admission need to submit the following documents,

  • Dully filled application form
  • Original copy of leaving certificates / transfer certificates
  • Photo copy of previous class mark list.
  • Medical form duly filled by the family doctor.
  • 8 recent passport size photographs of student.
    Students of indian origin but coming from states other than Maharashtra should have their leaving certificate verified and countersigned by the District Education Officer of their respective area.
  • In case of foreign nationals, the submission of a copy of a valid students visa for the applicant.
  • The management confirm the admission only after the admission test / interview of the student(s) and parent, submission of the required papers, the admission fees, and other formalities. The right of admission and withdrawls is reserved with the school management.


All the correspondence should be addressed to the Principal and not by his personal name. Failure to do so may cause considerable delay as he may away from Panchgani.

General Rules

  • Parents / Guardians are requested to co-operate with the authorities in enforcing regularly and discipline. Actions will be taken for the Violation of rules.
  • Parents / Guardians are forbidden to meet their ward on working days.
  • Visitors to school : If you wish any of your relative to meet your ward, or take him/her out for an exeat, kindly give an authority letter duly signed by Parent / Guardians without which they will not be allowed to meet. Please note that permission given verbally will not be accepted.
  • Reporting to school after vacations / exeats in disciplinary. A fine of Rs. 200/- per day will be imposed for late comers.
  • You will be able to speak to your ward once in a week during alloted time as prescribed by the school authorities. (conditions apply)
  • Parents are not allowed to go in any dormitory under any circumstances.
  • Any sort of valuables are not allowed. If found they will be confiscated.
  • No pocket money should be given to the students. The same will be given from the school and billed accordingly.
  • If any valuables or pocket money is found with your ward then a fine will be imposed as levied by the school authorities from time to time.
  • Girls are allowed a pair of plain ear rings.
  • Religious / social functions should be avoided for children.
  • Watches are allowed for students of Std. VII and above only.
  • School authorities will not be responsible for the loss of any valuables, watches etc.
  • Students should be provided with trunks only.
  • All claims and dispute will be subject to Wai jurisdiction only.

Regarding the fees

  • Payment should be made on time.
  • Fees once paid will not be refunded at any circumstances.
  • If fees paid in advance will be given discount on total fee.
  • If fees are not paid in time interest or fine on balance amount will be added in your account.

Rules for withdrawals

  • Three calendar months notice or the payment of full fees (tuition and boarding) for three months in lieu of notice is required previous to the removal of the pupil.
  • No transfer / leaving certificates will be issued until all accounts with the school are settled.
